U.K. Nationals, who become American home owners, have the potential to obtain 180 day extensions on their U.S. visas and adjustments to an E Visa with investor status. With an E Visa, the wife is allowed to obtain a work-permit which can then be adjusted to a Green Card. The Green Card, Permanent Visa, then permits the U.K. Nationals to stay within the U.S. on a permanent basis and the ability to obtain gainful employment.
